What might the two have in common?? They both cause mass water weight gain. My "friend" came for a visit Sunday. Last night I made homemade stir fry with soy sauce on the veggies and rice after cooking. It wasn't a gallon of soy sauce but maybe a tablespoon? This am...I woke up to swollen ankles, 7 lbs up on the scale, mind you I stayed well within my calories for the past 3 days. I put on a new pair of shoes that fit yesterday...they hurt my feet they are so tight and my jeans are snug again that were loose over the weekend.
I had to laugh at this bloat this month. It's nice to be so in touch with my weight, how things fit...that I know it's not actual
weight I've gained but my TOM and the lovely stir fry playing games with water retention.
This kind of thing would freak me out in the past when I was just on a "diet" for the short term...not thinking of it in the big picture...a lifestyle.
It's cups and cups of green tea for me today. Works like a charm every time.
