I'm actually really proud of myself for this: I come from an Italian family where most Sunday dinners consist of meatballs, spaghetti, sauce, and loads of bread. Now that I'm 14 lbs down, I almost popped a blood vessel this morning in realization, but I had a stroke of genius over my All-Bran -- Baked Chicken Meatballs. Not fried or made of heavier-calorie meat, one of these was a healthy alternative. Not to mention whole wheat pasta. My mom loved the idea, and they turned out AMAZING!
I ate a lot of veggies throughout the day in addition to running, so I ate tonight without fear, and can even have a little Weight Watchers ice cream cup, or even chance a sliver of apple pie!
