I did Curves for a while a few years ago, it works, but it didn't work like I wanted it to. I lost a couple of inches in a very long time, no weight lost at all. I quit going. I joined back about a year later, only for a few months though, because once again, it didn't work for me. I'm not saying it won't work for you, I just wasn't seeing the results that I wanted for the amount of money that I was paying. A friend of mine lost a lot of weight doing Curves, she's the one who got me started the first time. It's a lot easier if you have a buddy to go with. Try it out for the month, if you like it, go for it! The new program they have called "Curves Smart" is really good, it keeps track of your progress and how many reps on each machine and how many calories you have burned. Not all Curves locations offer this program though. Anyway, I really hope it works for you! I keep debating whether or not to join again, but for me, it just wasn't worth the money. I always felt better after the workout, but long term, not so much. Good luck, and let me know how the first month goes!!
