Default Walk Away The Pounds
Has anyone done this video?

I just got it and I did the 1 mile, but it really doesn't feel like one mile. I'm going to do the 1 and 2 mile videos tomorrow and see how I feel.

What are your thoughts on it?

I have both the 1 and 2 Tape and also the 3 Mile Walk Away The Pounds..I just got back started today also and I did the 1 mile and your right it doesn't feel like 1 mile. I need all the help I can get so keep me posted and let me know how your doing with it.

I have Walking Away the Pounds too and I agree, it doesn't feel like a mile. I think it is good in home exercise though.
