Default Hi, not new to the website, but new to this forum
Hello. I am not new to the website, I am just new to THIS particular forum. I've been lurking here a bit and thought I would pop in to say "hi".

I have been on an emotional rollercoaster this year and it does not look like it is coming to an end anytime soon. Therefore, my weight loss has been sidetracked and I just felt like I needed a new start. After reading a few of the threads here I realized I had some things in common with many of the posters here, so I thought I'd introduce myself.

So, my name is Sarah and I am 34. I am currently living in Northeastern Ohio, but have my sites on moving to Nova Scotia this fall. I am married to Jim; we've been together for 15 years at the end of the month. (I met him at 19.) He is a WHOLE other story for another time...
We have four little boys, Patrick 10, Liam 7, Ian 4 and Aidan 20 months.

I never had a weight problem until 2 serious accidents followed IMMEDIATELY by the pregnancy of our oldest son. Then my thyroid went CRAZY! It is still not right. Add to that emotional eating, a love of food (I have a degree in culinary arts) and 4 very picky eaters and you have a HUGE weight gain. I also have trouble staying on task which doesn't help with my weight loss efforts. So there you go. My introduction. If I haven't scared anyone away yet, I am hoping to get to know you all well in the near future!

Hey! Glad to "meet" you!!

I'm 34 as well and have 4 children ages 11, 8, 3 and 1...my oldest son's name is Liam Patrick, and had our 8yr old been a boy - she would have been Aidan. I fought for Quinn with this last baby boy - but alas...we have Liam, Alahnnah, Susan and Cameron.

Hi there!

I totally understand having picky eaters...I sometimes have to cook 3 different meals for my 3 boys (10 yr old, 8 yr old, and 40 yr old ).

LOL! Our third son was ALMOST Cameron and I wanted to name our youngest Quinn. (or Brady) Small world.
