I am headed there today! I have only been one other time a few months back. I really enjoyed it but my lower legs were sore for daaaays. I think I am going to premedicate with some Tylenol before heading to class today.
Does anyone Zumba on a regular basis? Do you feel like it is worth the pain and agony (so dramatic, I know)?
I was never sore after Zumba. I loved it and I used to do 3 classes in a week. But, after a year or so, my gym decided to slap additional fees on the Zumba class (basically, it would almost double my membership fee) so I quit going to Zumba classes but I miss it. It is a fun class.
I LOVE Zumba too! I'm taking it weekly, and I find the cardio more challenging than the muscular work out; as in, I'm completely exhausted, but not very sore!
Keep it up - it's great for you and being in a class environment is motivating to not slack off with the moves! Your muscles will get used to it, and eventually you won't be so sore.
Well, I loved it, just like last time. And I am sore already, just like last time.
My plan is to attend a Zumba class at least twice a week. The instructor I like teaches three times a week, so hopefully I will make all of her classes. Her body is my body goal: fit, but still curvey and feminine.
I always feel so good when I walk out of that class.
