Hey guys,
I ate like poop this whole weekend! I needed to post this out as a kick in the pants for me to get back on track tomorrow. I am going to have a healthy breakfast and hit the gym. I can't even think about the crud I ate all weekend. Anyone else need a boost back on plan? lol

Yes! I didn't count a single calorie this weekend. I didn't work out. I didn't do my pushups on Saturday. I ate half a box of cereal for dinner tonight. I'm in. Let's do what we're supposed to this week!!
