Default LA Weightloss Maintenance

Hi Everyone - I am back on the LAWL diet, it was the only one that worked for me but when my center closed down I tried to follow it but fell off the wagon so here I am starting over.

I know it is a little premature but I'm going to ask anyways, I never did get any info from the center before it closed with regards to maintenance. Does anyone have any info on the maintenance level they could pass on to me like how it works and how to go about doing it?

Many thanks and have a great day
Terry

Smile LA's the only one that's been right for me, too!

Good luck to you! I'm getting back with it, also. I don't have the maintenance plan but hope someone does. Do you know how I can get the purple meal plan--I don't have the measurements for all the foolds. I have my bars though If I find someone w/the maintenance plan I'll contact you Good luck, again.

Hello girls,

If you have been through stabilization before...maintenance is keeping up with the same amount of food. I used to eat 3P, 2S,2V, 2F, 1D, 1 fat for my WL. Then during stabilization I kept adding an extra food every week and ended up eating 31/2 P, 3S, unlimited V, 3F, 2D, 3 fats. Maintenance is just eating the same amount of food...but you get to eat all sorts of food in moderation such as sweets, pies, snacks, cookies...dining out etc. Basically you go back to eating as you would in real life...controlling portions.

There is a Stabilization and Maintenance kit....it includes a book with all kinds of food and their exchange and a lot more information regarding healthy living.I think you can buy the entire kit for less than $20 on ebay.
Good luck!
