100 lb. Club - Nsv - Inches!!!

I've been feeling kind of frustrated with myself this week because the scale is fluctuating between the same 3 pounds again, so I decided to take my 1 month measurements a day early.

In 30 days, I have lost 17 inches.
I was frustrated because it was "only" so many pounds lost, but 17 inches! 4 of which were pure belly fat! :carrot:

I had to check twice because I could hardly believe it!

I feel like I'm re-energized and ready to continue on this journey to a happier healthier me.

I can't wait to see what I look like/what I've lost this time next month...next YEAR!

On May 1 I do my body mass composition 'test' again as well, and I'm excited to see how much my fat % has gone down :D

Congratulations! That is really fantastic. 4 inches just from the waist, I am excited for you just reading about it. I can't imagine how thrilled you must be.

I knew my pants were fitting differently, I just didn't realize HOW differently!
I can almost zip up my "skinny" jeans now, if I lay down! lol
