This is pretty miraculous to me, but this morning, my waist measured 35"
Meanwhile, my hips are holding steady at 45"
When I started this journey, my waist was 50" and my hips were 55"
My belly entered every room about a half an hour before the rest of me did...
Now, I've lost ten inches from my hips and a whopping 15 from my waist. I can actually see waist definition in clothes. I look normal when I tuck things in. Now, just to get it to 34 or below, which would be healthy for my height.
After I turned 45 I turned out an apple, too! Worried me because I've read about how the belly fat shape in women can be a sign of insulin resistance and other problems. My waist is about the same as my hips right now - I can take off my shorts without unzipping them! I'm looking for to having a waist again!
Congrats! Gosh I'm jealous. My pants fall are still slowly falling down throughout the day because my hips and stomach are pretty close to the same size! Nothing holds them up other than my booty!
I'm losing my waist as I lose weight :lol. I started with a 10 inch difference, but my hips are shrinking faster than my waist. I think there's a 6 or 7 inch difference now. Hoefully it will be my waist's turn soon!

I'm just so happy for you. Isn't discovering your *true* body an amazing thing? I'm telling you I found this journey so exciting, so thrilling, so fascinating, so interesting, so emotional, so rewarding, so - so - so. I can just go on and on and on, ummm, well you all know that by now .
