This is pretty miraculous to me, but this morning, my waist measured 35"
Meanwhile, my hips are holding steady at 45"
When I started this journey, my waist was 50" and my hips were 55"
My belly entered every room about a half an hour before the rest of me did...
Now, I've lost ten inches from my hips and a whopping 15 from my waist. I can actually see waist definition in clothes. I look normal when I tuck things in. Now, just to get it to 34 or below, which would be healthy for my height.
