Newbie here! I started MRC program about 8 months ago, but wasn't able to really focus on me so I stopped following program, but yesterday, I went and extended my program, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! I have 2 friends that have lost over 80 lbs each and others that are well on their way to that mark, so the program works if ya stick with it! I'm hoping to give/get some support and maybe even learn some new recipes along the way. Hope everyone is having a great day on program!
Welcome Catherine! You will get out of this program what you put into it just like anything else. Most of us have been here a while and some not, but we are always willing to help out and answer questions if we have the answers.. So pull up a chair and join the fun!

Even though I was doing great then just stopped because my life got so stressful..but I hope to back on the wagon haha...I havent gained any weight back in my month off so its time to get back on track for both of us! There’s a lot of good info and inspiring people here!!

Aww Thx Joy..things have been super busy..but I'm trying to get back on track. I move in two weeks so my house is in a gaint mess..hopefully I can stay OP though..im tired of the 270's (even thoug it sounds alot better than 301!)
Thanks for all the enthusiastic welcome! Went to WI today after 2 days of preconditioning and I lost .5 lbs. Not extremely psyched about that, but .5 lb lost is better than .5 lb gained. The good thing is I didn't gain my weight back that I'd previously lost so thats a plus too! Best of luck to all!
