Default P90X Day 1

I did my first day of P90X last night. I only got through half of the first video but I felt great! I couldn't wait to wake up this morning and feel my work via my sore arms.

BUT NOTHING! I wasn't sore. I am so upset with myself. I must not have worked hard enough!

Or you just have really strong arms ;-)

Don't worry about it, just try to take it up a notch next time if you think you can.

What video did you do? Just stick with it, you might be more sore tomorrow. Chest and arms is the hardest one for me to get thru ... I just started the P90X yesterday, and i'm only a little sore today.

I went to start it last night and found I couldnt do most of it! I can barely do 1 push up and I have no way of doing pull ups.

It's all about baby steps, hang in there eventually you will be able to do more than one push up... You can modify your push ups by doing them on a wall or on your knees... Pull ups, well after 20 years I still can't do more than 2 ...

ShellydeFlores, don't worry about the lack of soreness, you got a great workout, just push harder next time ... rarely do I ever get sore anymore, I have to push extremely hard to get sore....
