It's all about baby steps, hang in there eventually you will be able to do more than one push up... You can modify your push ups by doing them on a wall or on your knees... Pull ups, well after 20 years I still can't do more than 2
...
ShellydeFlores, don't worry about the lack of soreness, you got a great workout, just push harder next time
... rarely do I ever get sore anymore, I have to push extremely hard to get sore....
