Just wanted to share my good news with you all.

Today i have reached my first target - 5% of my weight. Since the 1st of July i have gone from 23 stone to 21 stone 12 pounds. I have still got a very long way to go, but now i have reached one target i feel more positive about reaching others.
My next target is another 5% which is only 15 pounds. After that i will start setting bigger targets. Saying that, i have set a bigger target of reaching 17 stone by the time my daughter gets married next August.

Hi Susan,

Great work ! You are doing so well. I bet you will reach your target before your daughter's wedding, what great motivation for you. Take care and good luck on your next 5%.

Well done Susan! Keep up the good work :) I re-started AGAIN today, but this time IS it!!! I've had a good day so far and if anything shows a loss next Monday I'll be a happy camper.
