Weighing Protein
Ok, I'm confused. I'm on IP. The first place I went to told me to weigh meat, fish, chicken before its cooked. I switched clinics and they say always weigh after because you don't want to include water weight that cooks out. My friend in another state say her coach says weigh raw, but her sister goes somewhere else and says weigh cooked. I emailed IP, but no response. Anyone know the correct answer? Thanks
