Hi there! I was actually just thinkin' about you these last couple of days. First, I want to say this picture is so friggin' adorable! And secondly, I wanted to thank you for your support with my quitting smoking. Today is day....****, I've even stopped counting! It's almost two weeks since I quit and I wanted to report that my appetite has returned to normal. Those first few days were rough...I wanted to eat eat eat!!! I feel so good right now physically. And I'm learning that for me, happiness is tied to healthfulness. I have so much energy! I am bouncing off the walls! I wake up and am happy. That's never happened to me before....My whole life, it feels, I've had to drag myself out of bed. Oh! And I did finish Allen Carr's book...just for ****s and giggles. And no, it didn't make me want to smoke again! So, thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Hugs!
