Very busy day trying to get this place in order. I'm so tired and it is just 8 PM.

Breakfast
ww smoothie with soy milk and multigrain cereal 4

Lunch
BK veggie burger 6

Snack
protein drink 4
protein bar 4

Dinner
tofu stir fry with parmesan cheese 4

Snack
hummus on rice cake 2

Total: 24

Exercise:
weight training
kickboxing

It is so hard getting down to just 23 points, especially having 5-6 meals a day, but I came close today.
