Hello everybody,
Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself as I have just found this site. I have been dieting 6 weeks now and have lost 12lbs. I have about five stone left to lose. I am doing it alone at the moment. counting calories, so it would be nice to chat to others, exchange ideas, etc. Hope to chat with some of you soon:)

Hi Charley - I was counting calories on my own but I joined WW several weeks ago and really enjoying it - I feel that I'm not alone - of course it helps tremendously to come on here and have a 'chat' with people in the same boat.
