I have reached a new low in my journey. As of this morning I have lost over 15% of my original body weight.

I am really excited. Along the way I have gained a new exercise habit, lost 2 pants sizes, and had to throw out half my underwear because it no longer stayed up. (as my BFF pointed out, when you have to get rid of clothing with elastic because it does not fit, you know you are shrinking). :D

Congratulations! I have to say, I love your quote "A year from now, you will wish you had started today". People tend to get discouraged because of how long it will take to get to their ideal weight. But the truth is, time flies and if you didnt allow yourself to be discouraged last year, you'd be where you want to be (or close) this year. What motivation youve brought me today!! Thank you and I will be sharing this with my family!
