Thumbs down Houston, we have a problem

Ok, sooooo I was losing like a pound a day for like 7 days, and then Easter came along. I ate a lot on Saturday and Sunday, but I continued to work out everyday. I have been back on track, and the weight just isn't coming back down again. Why is that?!!!! I'm getting frustrated

it could be that your body is just getting itself re-sorted out extra sodium from the days you were off track etc ... keep at it sometimes it happens to me that i dont loose ANYTHING for days and then all of a sudden i get like a 2.5 pound diffrence from one morning to the next .....
