It's just a menu, you'd think I could manage to post it every day!!
Life has been crazy for the last two days, very little time for the computer. Long work hours Friday, mental and physical exhaustion Friday night, and today was spent at Tae Kwon Do demonstrations, grocery shopping on a budget, so double time spent finding deals! Tonite we grilled out and did just regular fun family stuff and I really enjoyed it, so it was nice!!
Food has been right OP for the last two days! Will post Saturday here, then will post Sunday at the end of the day.
Saturday:
B Protein Shake
L Caesar salad with 'chicken sprinkles'. (wimpy leg meat)
S Nuts
D grilled hambuger patty, no bun, with cheddar and toppings and deviled eggs and a small casar salad.
S 'Clouds' (recipe on the low carb recipe forum) and a SF Eskimo Bar. Ahhhh...my passion. Next to DQ.
Not enough water though!
