Why did you choose MediFast?I like the black and white of the program. Not too many choices to make, but also not just liquids/shakes. I want a "quick" start. I did medically supervised Optifast back in the day when Oprah made it popular, it worked but I did eventually gain weight back. My husband and I have been South Beach dieters for years now as the main focus of healthy eating.
Are you going at this plan by yourself or do you have support (other than us of course)?I am doing this alone, but my husband is very supportive. He eats the lean and green meal with me at night for our dinner together. He also will not bring things into the house that are temptations for me.
