Hey Everyone. I'm a new calorie counter, yesturday was my first day, and I've lost weight already.
I think I found something that really works for me. What I did was go here:

and put in the weight I want to be, and how many calories would be needed to support it. So I made a speadsheet, and divided the calories up into breakfast, snack, lunch, another snack, and dinner.
600 calories for breakfast
300 for the snack
600 calories for lunch
200 for the snack
350 for dinner
thants 2050 calories for a 130 pound person (one that exercises)
and to maintain 145 I'd need to consume 2350 about.
I'm excited to see were this goes.
