Entrees-Poultry or Seafood - Easy recipe using box of scalloped potatoes!

Hello!
Love this recipe page and can add one that is nice & simple and easy to do too! Uses leftover steak or chicken.(box called for chicken)First i'll give you the one i made,then the box version incase you'd rather chicken. (Sorry i did not take the time yet to figure the pts. If you do, let me know! thanks!!!The box of scalloped potatoes was the thing that made me put it off!Hate doing those when i make them different--anyone good with that?)

STEAK AND POTATOE CASSEROLE
in a 2 or 3 quart casserole dish combine
2 1/3 cups boiling water
box of potatoes and the sauce
1 - 2 t. light margarine
stir up till well mixed.

Add
1 can 98% FF condensed cream of celery soup
1 can rinsed & drained white kidney beans(cannellini bean)
1 can rinsed & drained mushrooms
about 3- 4 oz. of chopped cooked steak
mix again and bake about 40 min.@400 degrees.
(uncovered)

DH just loved it.

CHICKEN AND POTATOE CASSEROLE
The version on back of box
2 c. boiling water
2/3 cup milk
box of spuds and mix
2 TABLESPOONS butter!
mix up in casserole dish
Add:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can peas ,drained
1 cup cooked chopped chicken
1/4 cup chopped pimento, or to taste
Bake same amt time/temp.
