How long does it take your body to get used to a workout video or routine?
How long does it take before you can finally finish a new workout video? For me, it takes about one month for my body to become accustomed to a new workout video?
For example, it took one about one month for me to get through Tae Bo without stopping. What about you?
Yeah I'm still trying to get used to running lol. I am impressed at my progress though. When I first started I was "running" at 2.0 mph lol. Now I can get up to 4.0 and keep up the pace for a little bit. My ultimate goal is to run a mile in under 10 minutes. That'll take me another year! lol.
I guess it really depends on the video. I was able to get through all of the Slim in 6 videos the first time I tried them. But there have been others that I came nowhere close to finishing.
