100 lb. Club - APRIL Points challenge! (This has nothing to do with Weight Watchers)

APRIL CHALLENGE...Spring has SPRUNG!! The weather is getting nicer and the cloths will be getting smaller!! How about a challenge to get things going! It's somewhere to check in...some friendly competition. Join us for our monthly challenge!!

Since this is a monthly challenge, it will start on the 1st and the day of the month is the day of the challenge. You need to post your points on a daily basis (or whenever you can). Simply reply to this post and then edit that post as you add points. That way you always know where you are and so do I!

For those of you who have NO IDEA what I am talking about - here are the details. Sometimes we work our hardest when we are held accountable. So I challenge you to do your very best for the month and we'll see who wins!!

Here is how it's going to go. Starting April 1, 2010. We will try to do the 3 things that work. Food, water & exercise. You decide what your food plan is, how much water you want to drink and how much exercise you want to get every day. Every day you have the opportunity to earn 4 points.

2 point for sticking with your food plan (no splitting points here, you either stuck to your plan or you didn't)
1 point for drinking the amount of water you decided on
1 point for getting some exercise. (If you don't exercise on a given day - you DO NOT get a point for exercise - even if you planned it that way) Sorry, no 1/2 points.

Post here with how many points you've earned for a given day, and I will keep track. We'll see who's did the best for the month.

This is a very cool way to keep on track, because even if you don't do so great on food, you might still get in your water and exercise to earn the points!

Note: When I do the final totals at the end of the month, I only include people who have participated 15 days or more.

OH yes i am totally down :) exciting
Eat my 35 allowance points (no more no less)
2 liters of water every day
at least 30 min of cardio or a 30 min walk every day!

1.4 (yes yes yes!!! I even did an hour of cardio!!)

7.3 ... no gym today got in a fender bender.. kinda worried i might already have some stiffness!

10.3.. no gym again today Work and gym hours conflicted oh well back on mon!
11.4....changed it to a four from a three ended up going for a 45 min walk:)
12.4.. had the most intense work out!!
13.2.... bf's birthday dinner ate right portion,did not over eat just didnt eat what i usually do...
14.0 day off not enough water not enough anything lol

I think I'd like to try out one of these Points challenges! Hopefully it can help keep me accountable. =D

Eat no more then 24 (or if I get below 170 then 23) WW points every day
Drink at least 2 of my water bottle full of water.
Go to the gym and exercise 5 times a week. (probably won't be able to start getting that much in until after this week is over and my schedule goes back to normal though.)

Eat 1500-1800 calories every day.
3 litres of water per day, as recommended by personal trainer
At least 30 minutes of exercise every day, be it a fast walk with the dog or some time at the gym.
Instead of putting more numbers beside my numbers I'm going to use smilies and add it up at the end of the month...
