Ha! After 30 minutes on the treadmill, I made it 10....that's and 1 AND a 0.... minutes on the elliptical. Fell back on my bike for a bit (someone knew just where to set the biggest seat in that gym!..half a step from the elliptical). Back on the treadmill until I had a solid 50 minutes... tried for 60, just not there yet.

good job! i had my very fit sister tell me to try level 5 the first time lol didn't go well.

Oh man. I pushed myself so hard on the elliptical today I could only hold out for 25 minutes. And I'm one that can go for 45-60minutes. Hoooly crap am I knowing how you feel right now.

Do you find the bike wears you out less?
I'm a fan of the elliptical, although I'll admit I'm not the best (20 minutes on level 8 today and almost died) but I have absolutely no stamina on the bike for long periods of time.
I'm too fat (lol?) for the treadmill yet, but I'll get there :)
