Hey all! Today is a momentous occasion for me! I made it to ONEderland! I started at 209 and on March 1st I commited to a major lifestyle change! I have been calorie counting and going to the gym! I have lost 10 lbs now and I am motivated by the bridesmaid dress I have to wear this summer (July 10th wedding in my hometown!). I am going to see many people I have not seen since high school, and the last time I saw them I was 130ish. Yikes! So, here I am, and I need some pals to motivate me! I am hoping to lose about 40 more pounds, putting me at 159 by wedding day! This is a pretty tough goal, being about 15 weeks. I think I can pull 2.5 pounds a week, so far I have been pretty consistent with that amount. Anyone out there ready to say goodbye to the 190's with me?
