Default Maggianos for Lunch - HELP

We have a lunch scheduled for Monday at Maggianos Little Italy and I can't find the nutrition information on their menu anywhere. Can anyone help me.

I love their Lasagna and I know it will be a full day's amount of calories. So I need a healthy alternative. Cutting it in half would probably be my best option if I can't find anything.

Wow - I just searched - they need to be very cagey about releasing their nutritional info...

Thanks Peanutsmom. I just looked at that link and it is unreal. ALL THOSE CALS. I will stick with a side salad, dressing on the side and a cup of soup. Now I see why they don't make that information so readily available. No one would eat there that's getting their body in control. This is outrageous.

This where I found the info - it's a pretty interesting story, and one that makes me not want to spend my dollars (not to mention my calories!) there.

Got research. I agree about eating elsewhere. I do not have much desire to go there at this time.

I will be going for a friend's birthday. I was so shocked that the calories was so high in everything. There are some dishes that are three days worth of calories for me. NO THANK YOU!! I told everyone we are going to eat with because most of us are watching our intake. They were talking about ordering Family Style and when I told them they were just as shocked as me. We will see how it goes but for me it's soup and salad. No bread nothing. I have to work to hard to work off that many calories.
