I take a 50 calorie tortilla (La Tortilla Factory - Smart Choice) and melt 2oz of shredded cheese on it in the oven. Then I use a pizza cutter to cut it into 6 small pieces so it feels like I am getting a lot.

I posted these in another thread but here are some:

Non egg or different egg Breakfast Ideas here we go
* Great Pudding - 4oz cottage cheese, Vanilla Cream Pudding, and cinnamon to taste mixed served with a slice of toast.
* French Toast - pg 11 of cook book or in the recipe section....I know it is egg but use a bit of maple flavoring and it isn't the same as eating an egg
* Banana Bread - on page 16 of cook book
* Lemon Poppyseed muffins - in our recipe forum
* Amazing Cheesecake - I don't do this but many love it
* HNS flavored smoothy made with cottage cheese and 1/8 c uncooked oatmeal in it to give it thickness. I like this in Orange and Mixed Berry. The Oatmeal is your starch so you drink down your breakfast.
* Cheese crackers - YUM my boys love these. In a fry pan put piles of cheese and fry....flip when it bubbles a bit and is melted. Do other side and they will be crip chips. Have to have a starch or have a slice of toast or Melba toast to go with your crackers theme
* Cinnamon Tortilla Chips (you make by cutting and baking the low cal tortilla) with cottage cheese fruit dip
* Cream Puffs....I didn't love this recipe but my kids did. Page 36 of cookbook
* Breakfast Sausage made from Turkey burger - recipe in recipe thread. This is amazing and I will make it all of my life not just while dieting! Have toast with it.
* I have been know to have a chicken and cheese quesadilla....not often as it mixes groups but YUM
* Meal Replacement bar or shake - don't do this too often as you will want to do it everyday, or I did

I like to make the italian breakfast sausage (I make up a whole batch and just put it in tupperware; oh and I leave it ground, I don't make it into patties), then I take 1 oz of that, scramble 1 egg, and put a little cheddar cheese on it... then put it in a corn tortilla for breakfast.... very tasty, plus you are getting a lean protein for breakfast which is better than having just an egg or cheese.

2-1/4 lbs. ground turkey
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1-1/4 tsp. ground sage
3/4 ts. ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
1 to 2 tsp. fennel or anise seed

In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients.
Spray a nonstick griddle with nonstick cooking spray and heat. Add turkey sausage; cook thoroughly and until browned.

I'm pretty boring, I have 2 fried eggs on a slice of 40 cal bread almost every day. Sometimes I'll substitute cottage cheese.

One yummy thing to do with eggs is take 2 boiled eggs and dice them up, mix them with dijonnaise and cracked pepper, then eat with toast or melba toast. It's pretty close to egg salad and super fast if you have the eggs already boiled and waiting in the fridge.
