Default three meals at work today

Normally, I bring in breakfast and lunch. But today, I have something to go to in the evening so even though it's earlier than I would normally eat supper, the only way to coordinate everything was for me to eat an early supper here before I leave. That was a LOT of food I carried in here this morning! lol!

Breakfast: 2 nutrigrain waffles, 2 hardboiled egg whites

Lunch: big salad with chicken, avocado, egg and a lot of veggies.

Supper: salmon I cooked last night that I'll mix into a yogurt, cucumber, garlic sauce, and a whole wheat pita. Normally, I'd have another vegetable with this, but I could not deal with bringing one more container of food with me! lol!

I also brought an apple, and will probably take it with me tonight to eat as a snack at intermission.

So what's everyone eating today and where are you eating it?

At home. I just signed on to Diets To Go, so it's been a weird day of eating to clear the freezer.

B: 1 cup honey nut cheerios

Breakfast at home, lunch on my way to bed and dinner will be at work

B: vanilla yogurt, 1 c fresh spinach, 1 c shredded carrots, 1 banana, 1/2 c frozen mango, 1 pineapple thingy (they come precut with juice from wal mart we <3 these) 2 tbsp flaxseed, 2 tbsp wheat germ, all whirled together in a blender

L: turkey slice on 12 grain bread, stuffed with baby spring salad mix and jack daniels spicy brown mustard

D: it's going to be a small boboli pizza with a tbsp of olive oil, bit of sea salt, 1/2 c tomato and feta cheese, wrapped and taken in with me to work

B: 1 C Special k red berry, 1 C skim milk. 1 fat free Greek yogurt. (I am trying to consume more of my calories in the AM)

L: 1 large artichoke, w/ light butter, 1 artichoke heart (left over from dinner last night), 3 Oz baby carrots.

S: last serving of GS thin mints

Post workout: Gummy vitamins, 1/2 C garbanzo beans.

D: baked ravioli with homemade tomato sauce (no milk or cream), and fat free mozzarella cheese. Also probably a salad.
