L: 1 large artichoke, w/ light butter, 1 artichoke heart (left over from dinner last night), 3 Oz baby carrots.
S: last serving of GS thin mints
Post workout: Gummy vitamins, 1/2 C garbanzo beans.
D: baked ravioli with homemade tomato sauce (no milk or cream), and fat free mozzarella cheese. Also probably a salad.
