Plie Squat - * Stand with feet slightly more than shoulder-width apart, toes pointed out about 45 degrees.
* Squat, keeping abs engaged, hands on hips and knees aligned with ankles.
* Squeeze glutes to stand up. Do 15 reps.

seated hip adduction -- you wouldn't need to sit on a stability ball....could sqeeze a ball between your knees while lying down or doing the bridge

Now remember there is no such thing as spot reduction but this will strengthen these muscles as you lose fat so you can see it work....so make sure you are doing cardio too!!!!
