How do you make your chicken nachos?

I start off with 1 serving of WOW tostitos (1 point). Then I add 1/4 cup shredded lowfat cheddar cheese (2 points). Then 1 oz of Louis Rich precooked chicken (1 point). On top of that, I put green onions, jalepenos, and diced roma tomatoes. I melt it in the micro until the cheese is bubbly, then I top it with FF sour cream and salsa. You can also add a points worth of refried beans before the cheese if you've got it.
