Depending on your weight you could have had some sleep apnea classic signs. Headaches exhausted cranky it's all there.

that is great! congrats on your loss already Are you following any particular eating plan?
I was sort of following Weight Watchers at home, but recently just began counting calories. I dont put too much pressure on myself... I count them in my head throughout the day and by 9 p.m. in the evening if I'm slightly hungry I'm doing good.
When I eat right.. my head is clear...
