Smile I'm so excited
I started MRC in February and have already lost 14 1/2 pounds. I was thrilled to find this website. I've tried so many 'diets' but this program seems to make the most sense. Finally I am getting feedback on what foods are the best to eat with each other. I was worried that I would not like the supplements, but thankfully, I like most of them. I joined my sister and mother on the program after I started seeing their results. woohoo!
