I'm weight training 3x per week. While my scale isn't going down much, I have found big changes in my measurements (i.e., 2.5 inches off my bum and off my waist in one month!!
)
Would anyone be interested in a monthly thread posting measurements? For example, bust, waist, hips, bum and a thigh? I'm always looking for ways to keep myself motivated and focused. (i.e., not a lot of success with the "biggest loser" thread but loving the "monthly minutes exercised" thread)
No worries if no takers on this. Just putting it out there.
