Hi, I had Gastric Bypass in '05 and lost 156 lbs, so in 5 years I've only gained 50 lbs, don't laugh, for a Complusive Overeater, that's good for me...lol. I find that I need help getting this 50 back off and I'm doing that, but need support from all of you as well. People think one can't gain the weight back after GBP, oh yes, all you have to do is hve "hand to mouth action" and that will do it. that little pouch eventually stretches back out. I have lost 5 so far and doing it with Protein milkshakes and meat and salads.

Hi and glad to meet you. I am in the same boat. Had GBP in 03 and lost 162. Over the past 5 yr. and 2 babies I have gained 62 back. This site is so great for inspiration and support. Good to know there are some folks like me who are struggling to regain control. I had GB in 2002 and went from 300 lbs to 175 lbs. Unfortunately after my mom passed in 2006, I lost focus of eating healthy and staying active. I'm dedicated to getting the weight off (ALL of it) and keeping it off. I can't wait to checkout that LAWL site too! Stay encouraged!!!!
