Hi, my name is Kris. I have been obese since I was 8 years old and I am tiiiired of it! I've lost weight before through eating disorders, but this time I am doing it the healthy way. I have a two year old son who keeps me busy and want to set a good example for him and my husband, who gained 100+ lbs after we were married.

I have an awesome reward system set up for every 20 lbs I lose, ending with a trip to London or Hawaii. I am so excited! I hope I can do this without too much trauma. And hopefully I will learn to be stronger than cookies. Or pizza. Or fries. Or whatever

Excellent! I'm with you on how strong those cookies can be. If only we take control instead of allowing them to have it! I'm looking forward to your updates. I think it would be great to see pics of you on your celebration vacation!
