Hi ... thought I'd pull this up. This is Day Two for me in 2010. I think I am going to have to get a bit more strict with myself ... this morning I put veggie cheese in my eggbeaters omelet. I wonder how much fat there is in it. But for me, the biggest challenge is staying away from the toast and butter, so hopefully the veggie cheese will not hurt me too much. The good thing is I pack my snack and lunch for work, so I can't cheat at all during the day, and I am pretty good at planning my dinners out in advance.

Honestly, I use veggie shreds where-ever I feel the need for cheese LOL (in moderation of course - no more than 2 servings a day if any).
