Smile Hi, i'm new. 17 from England (:
Hi my name is Nicolle and I am sooo ready to lose weight! I went on the Cambridge diet with a starting weight of 232lbs, over 3 months i dropped to 186lbs. That was six months ago and since then i have gone back up to 198lbs. I am joining slimming world as of next week and hope to drop to 168lbs by August (My 18th Birthday!!!) Anyone have any stories about slimming world? Is it good/bad? Let me know! Thanks (: x

I don't know much about slimming world but welcome to 3fc. You're very welcome to join us on the UK chicks forum. We have a monthly weight loss challenge there too if you want to join us.
