Default If vertigo is a problem...

...what exercises can I still do without getting dizzy? Especially cardio?

I'm tired of sitting around like a bump on a log because even turning my head makes me dizzy. I've got an ENT appointment the day after tomorrow, but this is recurrent. I've had so many repeated inner ear infections.

I'd say a stationary bike would be the safest choice...

The treadmill sometimes makes me very dizzy and nauseated, but the stationery bike never gives me this feeling.

Thank you.

The trouble with a stationary bike is, I have set a goal to go 45 minutes on it, but after 30, my rear end can't take it any more. Suggestions for that?
