Default No more trying. This is doing!
Hi there, everyone. My name is Brittany and I'm from Arkansas, the good old south. Just turned twenty and am trying to find my way through life and figure out what to do with the rest of it!

Right now, though, I'm trying to focus on my health, and currently being 113 pounds overweight isn't going to cut it. It's time for me to stop trying and to actually LOSE the weight that I've been carrying around for so long!

I'm really looking forward to meeting new people and maybe even motivate others the way I've already been motivated by this site.

My starting weight was 238 pounds.

My current weight is 221 pounds.

And my goal weight is 125 pounds.

Can't wait to dive into this site!

Hi my name is lynn and i'm trying the 6 week body makeover tomorrow - anyone else try this program? anyway, i'm 51 years old - 5'9" and got some things i've gotta' change - - like i've got to eat red meat and a lot of protein now. sounds good to me!

Would love to hear success stories if you are a ecto/endo body type and any recipes you think might be helpful...

Hi Brittany, I am also new. I joined a while ago and then neglected to take part. Now I am ready to really give this a try. It will be fun to watch you lose your weight!
