Default Does This Work?

I just signed up for WW Online yesterday, and my question for those of you who have done this is, does this work on a grand scale? My goal is to lose 109 lbs by May 2011, in time for my brother's wedding. Can I lose that much weight on this diet?Because when you go on the site and look at success stories, no one has lost more than 75 lbs on the diet.So can I reach my goal on this diet, or am I just wasting my time?I would appreciate your input. Thanks!

You can definatly lose that! The last time I did WW (I fell off the bandwagon lol) I had lost 60 pounds in like 7 months or so. I think WW is perfect because you can still eat things you like you just have to watch your points. I've tried pretty much everything and this is the only one I've ever been happy on because I could still be "normal" lol.

I have lost over 100 lbs using Weight Watchers. I didn't do it in a year, but it can certainly be done.

Congratulations and good luck to you!

IMHO, any weight loss program can work. It's a matter of finding one that you can live with, and then sticking to it.

It takes a lot of hard work, determination, and good food choices.
Keep going and make it happen!

Good luck on joining. The thing I would point out is not can it be down but will you let it be done. You have to be the one to do this. WW can't do it for you it will only aide you in your success. I lost 60lbs the first time I ever tried WW and did it in 6 months but then I got a big head and quit to do it on my own and didn't make it to goal and as of today have never gotten to goal. I just re-joined 2-23-10 and have a totally different approach. I am in it to win it. I hope you are too. You do want to be the hottest babe at the wedding (besides the bride of course) don't you?

If you joined WW online to go on a diet, you did the wrong thing. WW is not a diet. It is a permanent lifestyle change that will keep the weight off for life. Diets usually end up with the person gaining weight again because they didn't learn the necessary things.

Try typing WW success stories into a search engine. I remember a while back, maybe about a year ago, AOL had an article with several people who had used WW to lose over 100 pounds! Hope this helps!
