And although I haven't lost weight, I have gained more stamina, and went from only being able to workout for 16 mins at a time to 22 mins to 40! I'm pleased with that. I've been doing workout DVDs, and right now have focused on this firm video called "dance cardio" which is still pretty tough for me, but now I can actually get through the entire thing.
Good for you! It's encouraging to know that you have been able to build your endurance and stamina... I'm trying to do the same thing! My first time on my stationary bike I was pooped after 10 minutes! Haha. Are you also changing your eating habits, or just exercising for now? Either way it sounds like you're doing a great job of sticking to it. Keep us posted!
I am slightly changing my eating habits (slowly). I got groceries today and limited my sweets (I'm a sugar addict), didn't get any soda, and got tons of fish. We'll see how that goes.
