I’ve done it in the past and didn’t work so well for me because I want to build muscle. Plus eating tons of fat didn’t really work on my weight loss because it allowed you to eat some type of foods as much as you wanted and it didn’t really worked well with me, because I was overdoing it.
It was the second book I read after I started on my journey. It gave me lots of inspirations, but didn’t really work for losing fat and gaining muscle.
I don’t know what is your goal though. Maybe it works for you...
