WW Food and Point Issues - Jimmy Johns Question....

Ok, I had a #4. A turkey sandwich with NO mayo and NO sprouts. (does anyone actually EAT those things???) anyway, Dotties has calories for a #4 WITH mayo and sprouts. Anyone know about how much that sandwich was without all that crap?

Spouts are free (veggie) and very very yummy. I eat them all the time and sometimes jsut by themselves.

The mayo I would estimate at about 2-3 poitns but i don't know hwo much they put on the sandwiches.
