This is a fun way to mix up an abdominal workout
I use it for abs anyway, but I guess you could do it with any exercises.
What you will need:
-Pack of cards
-Floor mat/comfy floor
-Yourself
1) Assign each suit an exercise. I, for example, go for this combination:
-Diamonds: Crunches
-Hearts: Single leg-lift
-Clubs: Double leg-lift
-Spades: Reverse crunches
2) Shuffle the pack of cards.
3) Flick the first card over. Say you get the 10 of Spades. Do 10 reverse crunches, then flick the next card over. 8 of diamonds. Do 8 crunches. As simple as that
. Continue until you have the whole pack done, or start by just doing half the pack at one time, taking a break, then doing the other half. The good thing about this is its sort of exciting to see what exercise you will do next, and you'll be happy when the ace, king, and queen are gone (I assign them 14, 13, and 12, but you can also just do 10 for each of the face cards if you'd rather).
