Default RED TEAM Last Chance Workout - WEEK 9 (3/1-3/7)

Welcome to the Red Team Exercise Challenge!!

For an effective weight loss program it is important to incorporate exercise as well as making better dietary choices. While any kind of exercise is good for you, it has been proven many times over that just cardio or just strength training isn't the way to go...you need to have a combination of both, with a little bit of core focus as well. So as you plan out and track your exercise this week, be sure to get in 2-3 strength workouts and 2-3 cardio sessions. And don't forget about those abs!

Monday - level 3 circuit workout, 90 minutes, 1000 calories
Tuesday - C25K, 40 minutes, 400 calories
Wednesday - Rest Day
Thursday - level 3 circuit workout, 90 minutes, 1000 calories
Friday - C25K, 40 minutes, 400 calories
Saturday - level 3 circuit workout, 90 minutes, 1000 calories
Sunday - C25K, 40 mintues, 400 calories
TOTAL CALORIES - 4200

Monday - 60 mins Step&Resistance class/30 mins Spinning class/circuit work
Tuesday - 60 mins Spin class/33 mins elliptical/circuit work
Wednesday - 0
Thursday -
Bhangra dancing and lesson (approximately 1.5 hours)
Friday -25 mins elliptical
Saturday - 0
Sunday - 0

busy with school activities- so only aerobics only 1x this week
>10,000 steps/day

Monday- 15 min walk, >10,000 steps
Tuesday- >10,000 steps
Wednesday- >10,000 steps
Thursday- 30 min walk, >10,000 steps
Friday- running 33min/5K, >10,000 steps, 45 min walking
Saturday- 1 hour walk, >10,000 steps
Sunday- 65 min walk, >10,000 steps

Tuesday- 32 min recumbent bike, and weight training
Wednesday- 31 min elliptical
Thursday- off
Friday- 33 min recumbent bike, and 31 min elliptical
Saturday- Stn Mtn loop (5 miles)
Sunday- Stn Mtn loop (5 miles)
