Because I hit a mini-goal today (BMI<35.0!) and am going to set my sights on the next one.

I'm going to cheat and give two reasons, though. :) They're related, so maybe we can overlook the cheat. Yesterday instead of doing a 30-min intense cardio /weights workout I did a 60-min moderate cardio /weights workout for a switchup. And it was NOT HARD! I was surprised, as I thought I would poop out at 45 min.

Because last night, as much as I didn't want to, I dragged my arse out to the garage, slapped in a movie, and pedaled away for an hour.

It might have been my most lame workout ever (average HR was about 124 and wattage 84...I'm more usually at 142 HR and a much higher wattage), but it still burns calories and keeps me on plan.

Because I made a decision long ago to do so. It was a wise one and I'm sticking by it.

But really, because I NEVER want to see the light of being obese again. I am right now but I don't feel it as much and I'm almost in 100s. Once I reach onederland I will be staying in onederland.
