It made a difference for me, I gave them up for one week and lost 5# that week. I also upped my water, did not eat any meal bars or shakes and was 100% OP. So I don't know if it was just the creamies or not. They are what I look forward too as well, but I was trying to speed things up. I did feel deprived the first few days. I fixed the jello, and had it in the evening for something sweet after dinner. Good luck with whatever you decide. I think the program works either way.
