Default Creamies

I have seen from time to time someone suggesting or giving up their creamies if they are slow to lose or at a plateau. For those that have done this did you really see a difference? I am 12 lbs from goal with 2 weeks left, but I really hate the thought of giving up my creamie everyday. That is what has kept me OP - having a slight indulgence each day.

Maybe switch to every other day so you're not totally giving up your indulgence?

It made a difference for me, I gave them up for one week and lost 5# that week. I also upped my water, did not eat any meal bars or shakes and was 100% OP. So I don't know if it was just the creamies or not. They are what I look forward too as well, but I was trying to speed things up. I did feel deprived the first few days. I fixed the jello, and had it in the evening for something sweet after dinner. Good luck with whatever you decide. I think the program works either way.

How did you like the jello? I have a box but have not tried it yet. I think I read somewhere else it was watery, but I could be mistaken. Just curious!
