Back on plan the last few days after about 3 weeks of so-so eating. And, I busted out my Tae-Bo Cardio DVD today and huffed and puffed my way through the whole 45 minutes! :carrot: I love Tae-Bo but some of the stances are a little hard to figure out and you don't really have time to stand there and make sure you're doing it right! Oh well, I figure as long as I'm moving it doesn't matter if I'm doing it just right. I am definately a person that needs to work out in the privacy of my own home! What videos do you guys like?

You have everyone reason to be proud of yourself!! You can and will do it!! :)

I love Power 90 and Slim In 6. Yesterday I ordered Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, can't wait til it gets here.

My parents are doing the 30 day shred and it's killing them! Hehe. I'd like to try it out to see if it kills me too! Which it will, because my parents are thin and in good shape and well, I'm not!!

I love the 30 Day Shred. I do three days on, one day off or it kills me. ;)

I have Tae-bo tapes somewhere, I should try to find them! (and yes, I think that moving is the important part, not getting the all the movements exactly right)

Right now, I've been mostly using my Wii Fit, and sometimes Walk Away the Pounds (I have those tapes too but I can get it On Demand through my DVR)

Hey all! I bumped up this thread just to say.... I'm down 15 lbs today!!! Woo-hoo! I'm excited. It's just a drop in the bucket, but that's okay because it's a drop I won't have to deal with again!! :carrot:

15lbs is NOT a drop in the bucket! It's a great accomplishment on the road to more great accomplishments. Keep up the good work!

I love Tae-Bo too but please be careful doing the stances wrong as you can really hurt yourself. They have an instructional one that takes you step by step to make sure you are doing each move correctly. I'd hate to see you get an injury and have to slow down your journey when you are doing so well.

I also love JM30DS. It's freakin awesome!!! AND no funky moves to figure out
